A structured course of study in infant sleep, from free foundational coursework to instructor-led practicums. Every course draws on the Learning Center's lessons and the Infant Sleep Library's reading assignments.
Foundations of Infant Sleep
100-Level · Foundations
The core curriculum of the Education Center. Learn how infant sleep works, what night wakings, naps and bedtime patterns actually mean, and how to observe your own baby's sleep with clarity.
Naps & Daily Rhythm
100-Level · Foundations
A focused study of daytime sleep: wake windows, nap length, nap transitions, and building a daily rhythm that fits your baby's age.
Applied Sleep Planning
200-Level · Applied Study
Move from understanding to action. Study how a personalized sleep plan is built, implemented consistently, tracked, and adjusted when real life gets in the way.
Guided Sleep Practicum
300-Level · Practicum
A supervised practicum in which families implement their plan with instructor guidance, live class sessions, and structured reflection on real-world progress.
In-Home Sleep Residency
400-Level · Residency
The most immersive level of study: hands-on, in-home and overnight support with a debrief and a structured plan for sustaining change after the visit.
